October 15, 2018 – Bellevue, Washington: T-Mobile has begun to “play” their new Leadership Game developed by Redmer Productions in partnership with Recurrence, Inc.

              

Focused on the 5G revolution and Uncarrier initiatives, T-Mobile employees take on the roles of senior managers experiencing the challenges the company faces in Marketing, Technology and Customer Care. Players will be challenged to balance the needs of customers against the needs of employees and the company’s overall need for market share.

         

By making strategic and tactical decisions along the way, employee’s leadership styles can be quantified to help identify those with potential to fill different types of leadership roles across the company.

              

Built as a single-player adventure game with a branching storyline determined by player decisions, the gamulation is able to present evaluators with unbiased data about its participants.

       

Future plans include developing an academic version of the product that can be used in university classrooms similar to the way we currently operate the Alaska Airlines leadership simulator across over fifty universities.
