T-Mobile’s latest leadership style assessment gamulation has gone live within the company’s Leadership Development Program. Developed and hosted by Redmer Productions in partnership with Recurrence, Inc., this leadership assessment gamulation is the follow-on product to the original executive-level leadership gamulation we developed in 2018.

The new gamulation has been made appropriate for all levels of managers throughout the company and has been integrated into T-Mobile’s quarterly LDP program. LDP participants take on challenges that test their resolve when confronted with specific scenarios that are relevant to all managers regardless of role.
The product measures transformative, transactional, authentic and passive leadership behaviors. Upon completion of the product, employees receive a report displaying their leadership style tendencies in relation to one another.
