Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board Commissions Competency Based Education Gamulation

Texas State University’s College of Health Professions in partnership with Redmer Productions has been commission by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to build gamulations for nurse educators and preceptor nurses. In response to the American Association of College Nursing’s new mandate that colleges teaching nursing switch from a concept-based to competency-based curriculum, we are building a set of tools that nurse educators can use to help them with the transition to the new academic requirements.
